David J Mitchell.

Scottish sculptor David Mitchell has his future etched out after moving into our Grovewood Business Centre in 2019.
David, who’s had work commissioned by the Citizen’s Theatre in Glasgow and worked on the iconic Oor Wullie Bucket Trail, moved into his spacious new studio so he could take on larger projects, including public monuments and bespoke artwork for his customers.
"The new facility has been fantastic for me. These units have been the ideal base for me as I start work on some exciting new projects."David J Mitchell
How we did it.
After reading about us online, David knew he’d be able to take on larger projects from our units and our location in Strathclyde Business Park is a perfect place for him to work.
Our units are easily accessible from the motorway, making it easy for David to transport his sculptures. We also have plenty of meeting space for when his clients need to pop in.
He has increased turnover by a third since having the additional space and has scope for even more growth if he chooses to move to one of our larger units.

The results.
Business growth
Turnover increased by a third
