Howard has worked with small businesses for the last 30 years, initially starting in banking sector and then moved into the business support arena as a Business Adviser and a Regional Business Manager. He joined UKSE in 2022 and his primary role is managing Cardiff Bay Business Centre and Ebbw Vale Innovation Centre, as well as the provision of loan and equity funding to SMEs within our Welsh region.
