At UKSE we know how important it is to ensure the health and safety of our tenants, visitors, contractors and staff. That is why we have introduced a whole host of measures across all our centres, to make sure everyone stays safe.

Our local staff will be able to advise on specific measures at each site. In general, we have:

• introduced systems to help maintain social distancing – visitors to our centres will see new signage, way-markings, floor signs and so on. In some centres, certain areas have been taken out of service or one way systems introduced where we do not feel there are safe alternatives.
• increased the santising of all touch points at our sites, but continue to encourage high levels of personal hygiene too. We all have a part to play in combating this virus.
• encouraged our staff to work from home as much as possible, but have continued to undertake essential maintenance and testing to ensure our sites remain a functional and safe place to work.
• placed sanitising stations around our buildings to encourage everyone to help reduce the spread of the virus.
